Birchler Realtors customers can receive information on all active listings in the Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing System. The system has all Birchler Realtors Featured Homes including listings from competing real estate brokerages via the Information Data Exchange (IDX) program.

The KWKLY Texting system will send you a brief text message with bedrooms, baths and price. The system will send you a second text with a web link directly to the specific listing on Birchler Realtors.com.
