From the North: Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 98.  Follow signs to Route 34 South.  You will travel approximately 3.5 miles, through one traffic circle, to a large intersection just past the Shop Rite shopping center.  Follow signs for Route 35 South.  Stay on 35 South over the Manasquan River Bridge, through Point Pleasant, Bay Head, and Mantoloking.  After about 4.5 miles, (past Lavallette School on left), make left on Virginia Ave.  Make first left onto Grand Central Ave.  (Rte 35 North).  Birchler Realtors is on the right.

From the North (Alternate Route-recommended on Saturday mornings): Take the Garden State Parkway South to Exit 82 (Toms River-Seaside), which puts you on Route 37 East.  Follow about six miles, then over Mathis Bridge.  After bridge, stay in left lane on overpass and follow signs for Route 35 North.  Continue straight past Seaside Heights entrance.  Stay on Route 35 North (a.k.a. Grand Central Ave.) through Ortley Beach.  Pass the Sunoco gas station on right.  Five blocks down on right to Birchler Realtors, between Virginia and New Brunswick avenues.

From the South: Garden State Parkway to Exit 82 (Toms River-Seaside Heights), puts you on Route 37 East.  Follow about six miles, then over Mathis Bridge.  After bridge, stay in left lane on overpass and follow signs for Route 35 North.  Continue straight past Seaside Heights entrance.  Stay on Route 35 North (a.k.a. Grand Central Ave.) through Ortley Beach.  Pass the Sunoco gas station on right.  Five blocks down on right to Birchler Realtors, between Virginia and New Brunswick avenues.

From the West: Take Route 70 East through the Lakehurst Circle.  At next circle, bear right at first chance onto Route 37 East.  Follow for several miles, past Community Medical Center and the Parkway entrance, then on for about another six miles, to the Mathis Bridge.  After bridge, stay in left lane on overpass and follow signs for Route 35 North.  Continue straight past Seaside Heights entrance.  Stay on Route 35 North through Ortley Beach.  Pass the Sunoco gas station on right.  Five blocks down on right to Birchler Realtors, between Virginia and New Brunswick avenues.
